Small Home?…Dream Big

This three bedroom home was just a little too cozy for comfort. So, with a few tweaks, we were able to add on an additional bathroom, new entry way, a single car garage, a deck off the living room and a renovated kitchen. Not short of challenges, the block constraints left us with little room for movement and the proximity to a street intersection meant access to the garage was complicated. The end result, though, was a much more spacious living area, with room for off-street parking and a large deck area for entertaining guests.
